2. Criticize Constructively, Don’t Gossip
If you have a problem with someone, talk to them with respect and helpful suggestions. Gossiping behind their back hurts relationships and solves nothing.
3. Pay Attention to Others
Notice how people feel and what they need. Small gestures—like listening or asking “are you okay?”—build strong connections.
