Ms Souphatta Chanthaphone
Project Assistant
Souphatta Chanthaphone, known as Namkhing, is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and a results-driven leader with exceptional planning, coordination, and organizational skills. As Project Assistant at NaturePreneur, she has been instrumental in driving forward key initiatives that blend conservation, culture, and community engagement.
Namkhing played a vital role in coordinating activities, developing detailed project frameworks, and ensuring smooth implementation across teams and partners. Her leadership shone in the “Conserve Culture, Protect Nature” project, which she successfully led from concept to completion — overseeing logistics, community engagement, and impact evaluation. This initiative not only strengthened youth participation in environmental advocacy but also promoted the preservation of Lao heritage and biodiversity.

Ms Latdavanh KEODALA
Founder and Managing DirectorLatdavanh KEODALA (Marina) is the founder and Executive Director of NaturePreneur, where she champions the intersection of conservation and youth development. Her work has gained global recognition — she is an Australia Awards scholar in Conservation and Ecosystem Studies at TAFE NSW and was selected as an UNLESH Global Innovator at 18 and a One Young World Ambassador Spotlight at 19, recognized as a rising social entrepreneur in sustainability, education and innovation.
During her remote externship with National Geographic and The Nature Conservancy’s Freshwater Conservation Program, Marina secured a Seed Funding to support her environmental initiatives in Laos. Beyond her entrepreneurial leadership, she has contributed meaningfully to national policy in 2023 and 2025, drafting key recommendations for Lao PDR’s Call to Action to the United Nations at the Asia-Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development (APFSD) Youth Forum — a testament to her unwavering commitment to accelerating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Ms Sonesavanh Phommathep
Communication Assistant
Sonesavanh Phommathep (Jona) is a dynamic Project Communication Assistant, excelling in both organizational support and strategic communication. She skillfully combines her academic understanding of policy and global cooperation with practical expertise in creative content creation, ensuring that complex ideas are conveyed clearly and effectively. Jona’s passion for environmental advocacy and a greener future is evident not only in her professional contributions but also in her personal accomplishments, most notably earning 2nd Runner-up in the highly competitive 2024 Environment Day Video Contest, a testament to her creativity and dedication.
Driven by a commitment to sustainable development, Jona approaches challenges with determination and resilience, embracing opportunities to learn, adapt, and create meaningful impact. She is particularly skilled at connecting people, ideas, and resources to deliver innovative solutions that address pressing environmental and societal issues.
